for deep wave, i'd say around 4-5 packs usually does it for a full head, depending on your head size and how much volume you want. i did 5 for mine and it was perfect.

yeah, i used 4 for my boho braids and it was enough. if you're doing individual braids, maybe a little more, but for crochet or just a few braids, 4 is a good starting point.

yeah, you can wash them. i use a diluted shampoo and then a light conditioner, just be gentle. it helps keep them fresh. don't scrub too hard.

eayon's lace is pretty good, feels softer and melts better for me than luvme hair's sometimes. i've found eayon's hair quality a bit better too, less shedding.
